Malaika Caterers LTD is a catering company serving both business and private clients in Nairobi and the surrounding towns within the city. Established in 2020, the business has operated a catering kitchen and specialized in full-service catering and event planning for upscale events in the region. The business event management, event staff, a variety of cuisine for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and appetizers, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service, floral design, space design and decor, musicians and DJs, event equipment and furniture rentals, and other event services. Malaika Caterers LTD seeks to expand its operations to a dedicated venue. The addition of diverse catering products and the services provided by Malaika Caterers LTD will enable gross margins to rise above their previous levels and industry averages as rentals of space provide high gross margins. OUR MENUS
We offer a wide selection of beverages ranging from sodas, to teas and natural fruit juices. All drinks are charged per glass or on the number of guests at a function.
Buffet offerings cater for both vegetarian and non-vegeterian choices accompanied by various fruit and vegetable salads. Three course varieties provide for cake and ice cream desserts.
Dessert usually included in buffet packages, our desserts are a sweet close to every meal. We have the usual flavours like vanilla, strawberry and choclate or combinations of these. We recetly also added mocha and fruit delight to our collection.
Snacks popular with most cocktail and meeting events, our wide variety of bitings like samosas, sausages, queen cakes and spring rolls are usually served on the same day. This is one area where we have very heavy demand. Please book early to avoid dissapointment.
